We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced due to intermittent debit and credit card declines between approximately 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. on the evening of October 12. The declines you may have experienced resulted from vendor-scheduled maintenance, which should not have affected member transactions. This maintenance caused some legitimate transactions to be declined as fraud, and the cards were blocked. This issue has been resolved, and the cards are no longer blocked. Member satisfaction is something we take very seriously, and we want to assure you we worked diligently with our vendor to resolve the issue.
